Please view the below breakdown of how long it could take to get your order printed. Please keep in mind that this number does not represent shipping, which can experience delays, depending on local events, such as weather or labor shortages. 

    For all shipping related questions, please also check with your local carrier to understand whether or nor they're experiencing delays as well, please allow 12 full business days before contacting customer support for a missing delivery as the package could arrive within that time frame. Should it be more than 12 business days since your anticipated arrival date, please contact us at deborahemixedmedia@outlook.com

    We strive for the original and eclectic and only work with responsible production partners.

     

    What are the shipping options?  Shipping is through USPS for domestic orders and FedEx or DHL for international orders.

    What if I get the wrong product?  We at Deborah E Mixed Media take great care in the selection of our production partners and have chosen them for their quality and accuracy. However, if you do receive a product that does not match description, contact us and we will work with production partner to rectify the situation and get you what you need. We do not offer refunds as our products are customer made by hand upon order.

    REPLACEMENT POLICY: We want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to replace defective items. Please reach out to us at Deborah E Mixed Media within 7 days of purchase it an item is defective or you've received the wrong item.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

    I received my order, but also got charged extra for Duty / Taxes? That might happen when you're ordering things online that are being fulfilled and shipped in another country that is not your own. That doesn't usually happen when ordering our bags from London. We would hope you would be notified, and get a duty note every single time. But sometimes is does happen though, but that's not what we expect. We will not accept returns or refunds because there was an unexpected duty charge. 

    What happens if you send your order back because you did not want to pay the extra duty / taxes? We won’t offer refunds for items rejected by the recipient because of duties or customs fees — on-demand merchandise can’t be re-sold.

     PRIVACY & SAFETY: In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the easiest shopping experience for our customers. We never save your information, and we won't sell it to advertisers. If you want to share your email with us, to be notified of new products & sales, we wont share it with anyone else.
